Inside Sales - Toronto, ON

Job Description: 
  • Perform all aspects of the sales process and input/update all relevant activities utilizing CRM daily (required).
  • Schedule customer appointments for sale reps with key decision-makers to overcome barriers and identify growth opportunities in the international global market. 
  • Use and manage state of the art customer relations management software (CRM) to develop strategic plans for customer growth and development. 
  • Responsible for the growth of air, ocean, and ground freight forwarding sales by assisting with lead generation.
  • Prepare weekly sales quotations
  • Effectively communicate with the International Operations Team to ensure that customer needs are met or exceeded in a timely fashion
  • Use appropriate resources to nurture relationships and deliver business results
  • Provide internal communication and support to ensure the successful delivery of results and add all information to the SOP for each customer. 
  • Strong knowledge of global geography I required
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal along with a winning attitude are a must have
  • Photoshop, Excel, PowerPoint and Word expertise will be a tremendous asset
  • Excellent knowledge of logistics including Air Import/Export and Ocean Import/Export
  • Experience with logistics processes, systems and solutions.
  • CargoWise knowledge considered an asset
  • Knowledgeable about FCL, LCL and Air.
  • Requires a minimum of 2+ years sales or sales coordination in air, ocean and ground freight forwarding.
  • Experience with logistics processes, systems and solutions.
  • Effective presentation and customer relations skills.
  • Desire and ability to provide excellent customer service required. Position will interact with customers by phone and email frequently.
  • Professional demeanor, including excellent written & verbal communication skills.


  • Monday to Friday, 8am to 4pm
  • Start as soon as possible
