Job Description:
Perform all aspects of the sales process and input/update all relevant activities utilizing CRM daily (required).
Schedule customer appointments with key decision-makers to overcome barriers and identify growth opportunities in the international global market.
Educate customers on technology solutions to provide tracking, pricing, and reporting capabilities.
Requirements:
Excellent knowledge of logistics including Air Import/Export and Ocean Import/Export
Experience with logistics processes, systems and solutions.
Knowledgeable about FCL, LCL, and air
Requires a minimum of 5+ years sales or operations experience in air, ocean and ground freight forwarding.
Experience with logistics processes, systems and solutions.
Effective presentation and customer relations skills.
The ability to form potential prospects lists, carry out cold calls and book meetings
Desire and ability to provide excellent customer service required. Position will interact with customers by phone, email and in-person frequently.
Outstanding organizational skills.
Professional demeanor, including excellent written & verbal communication skills.
Candidate must possess proficient computer skills in all MS Office programs (mostly Microsoft Word, excel and Outlook)
Stellar organizational skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Availability
Monday to Friday, 8am to 4pm
Start as soon as possible
Wage – dependent on experience
