Outside Sales - Dorval, QC
Job Description:
- Perform all aspects of the sales process and input/update all relevant activities utilizing CRM daily (required).
- Schedule customer appointments with key decision-makers to overcome barriers and identify growth opportunities in the international global market.
- Educate customers on technology solutions to provide tracking, pricing, and reporting capabilities.
Requirements:
- Excellent knowledge of logistics including Air Import/Export and Ocean Import/Export
- Experience with logistics processes, systems and solutions.
- Knowledgeable about FCL, LCL, and air
- Requires a minimum of 5+ years sales or operations experience in air, ocean and ground freight forwarding.
- Experience with logistics processes, systems and solutions.
- Effective presentation and customer relations skills.
- The ability to form potential prospects lists, carry out cold calls and book meetings
- Desire and ability to provide excellent customer service required. Position will interact with customers by phone, email and in-person frequently.
- Outstanding organizational skills.
- Professional demeanor, including excellent written & verbal communication skills.
- Candidate must possess proficient computer skills in all MS Office programs (mostly Microsoft Word, excel and Outlook)
- Stellar organizational skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Availability
- Monday to Friday, 8am to 4pm
- Start as soon as possible
